Financing Your Care

Payment options:

  • Cash
  • Debit
  • E-Transfer
  • Visa/ Mastercard/American Express
  • Payment Plans involving a percentage collected on day of service, with the remaining balance divided into equal payments over 1-6 months. Please ask if you qualify!

Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and collect your co-pay on the day of your appointment. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be, and any balance remaining after your insurance pays is your responsibility. If you have received care in another clinic, we will not be aware of any amounts paid out by your insurance, and so will be unaware if your benefits have met the maximum agreed upon between you and your insurance provider. Please note that some plans do not allow for direct billing, and will require you to pay the entire cost of your visit up front and be reimbursed by your insurance provider. We will submit all paperwork as we normally would for any plan, and in most cases you will have funds reimbursed to you within a day or two. 

If you have an out of Province dental insurance or an International dental insurance, we require up front payment. We will take care of the necessary paperwork on your behalf and have payment go to you.
